Q) I have seen a really nice diamond ring; can I put that on a See it Rent it contract?

A) Absolutely, provided you meet the normal credit requirements and the ring is valued at less than $10,000.

Q) I have seen a lounge I like at another store and I know that Radio Rentals don’t stock that particular one; can I rent it on See it Rent it?

A) Because we do rent lounges in our Radio Rental stores lounges do not qualify as a See it Rent it product.

Q) Can I put a motor vehicle/boat/bike on a See it Rent it contract?

A) No, we can not accept any type of product that has to be legally registered through the Motor Vehicles Department.

Q) What qualifies as a See it Rent it product?

A) Most items which sell for up to $10,000 will be considered.  Easiest way is to call us on 1800 657 170 if you have anything in mind and we will be able to let you know if it does qualify.

Q) Is my See it Rent it product covered under warranty for the entire time I am renting it?

A) No, a product on a See it Rent it contract is only covered for the original manufacturers warranty or as legislation dictates.  However, if the store that the goods are purchased from have an extended warranty program we will allow that to be added to your contract if you ask us to.

Q) There is a cash back promotion running at the moment at Radio Rentals, is this promotion also applicable to my new See it Rent it contract?

A) Unless stated otherwise Radio Rental’s promotions do not apply to any See it Rent it contract

Q) Will my See it Rent it account number be the same as my existing Radio Rentals account number and will the payments be due on the same date?

A) Yes, we have taken measures to ensure that your new See it Rent it product will appear on your existing Rental contract and the payment dates will all be the same.

Q) Can I upgrade my See it Rent it products just like I can my Radio Rentals products?

A) Yes, in most cases the See it Rent it contract is very similar to the Radio Rentals contract in that after a qualifying period you can choose to upgrade your product to a newer version.  The minimum term before upgrade will be displayed on your contract.
